Every set is meticulously hand-sculpted and embellished by our senior artists. Because these are bespoke works of art rather than mass-produced items, minor variations in charm placement or handcrafted traces are inherent to the process and represent the unique character of your set.
✦ Production & Visual Accuracy
Creation typically takes 10–14 business days post-payment. While our studio lighting reflects true colors, slight variations may occur due to individual screen settings or lighting environments. We kindly ask that you refer to the physical product as the final standard.
✦ Quality Assurance & Sizing
Should any item arrive damaged, please contact our concierge within 48 hours with photos and a brief video of the original packaging; we will promptly provide a complimentary replacement. For fit, a 1–2mm variance is natural for handmade goods. If the fit isn't perfect, you may gently file the sides with the provided tool to customize your fit. We also offer one-time resizing support, with return shipping covered by the customer.

Due to the bespoke nature of our nails, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we offer a dedicated single-nail refill service for original purchases. Each request is evaluated individually, and our concierge is always available to assist with any concerns fairly.
