Prepare a soft measuring tape, or a strip of paper/tape with a ruler. * Important All measurements must be in millimeters (mm) and measured along the natural curve of your nail (do not measure flat).
01 Soft Measuring Tape Method
Start at the widest point of the left nail groove, wrap the tape firmly along the nail curve to the right nail groove, then read the measurement.
02 Breathable / Paper Tape Method
Mark the starting and ending points at the widest part of your nail groove using a strip of paper or tape. Lay the strip flat on a table, then measure the marked distance with a ruler.

Gently buff your nail surface and shape the edges with a nail file.

Cleanse your nails thoroughly using an alcohol prep pad to remove oil and dust.

Select the perfect jelly glue tab size for each finger.

Apply the jelly tab, press firmly from the center outward to smooth out air bubbles, then peel off the film.

Position the press-on nail at a 45° angle, aligning it just 1mm away from your cuticle.

Press down firmly from the base and hold with steady pressure for 30 seconds.

Method A Jelly Glue Tabs
Soak in warm water to loosen the adhesive. Never rip or force them off.

Soak your hands in warm water for a few minutes to soften the jelly tabs.

Gently slide the slanted end of the wooden stick under the edges to lift the press-on nail.

Roll off any residual jelly glue from your natural nail beds.

Massage a drop of cuticle oil onto your nails to restore hydration.
Method B Liquid Nail Glue
Use a dedicated glue remover or de-bonder to dissolve. Avoid prying.

Apply professional glue remover or de-bonder along the nail edges.

Gently slide the slanted end of the wooden stick under the edges to lift the nail as the glue dissolves.

Carefully buff away any remaining glue residue from your natural nails.

Massage a drop of cuticle oil onto your nails to restore hydration.
Store your press-ons in their original box after removal for future reuse.
